i have bought a new laptop (samsung) a password was put on it and the next time i went to lod into my account it was coming up i forgot my password and keeps doing so, i dont have a reset disk or nothng. and i cant make one cos my old laptop the disk drive is broken. can someone help me with how im suppose to reset of take off the password without taking it to a shop…its the only account on it so i think its the administrators account, i dont know what to do, help me please. its the main login screen i cant get onto.
